Key Responsibilities: - Conduct yearly discussions and negotiate promotions with international customers. - Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships to strengthen JERMI's image. - Enjoy interacting with customers from different cultures and traveling abroad. - Perform competitive and market analysis, develop new sales strategies, identify trends, and contribute to product development. - Identify potential new customers and distribution channels by participating in international trade fairs. Qualifications: - Completed degree in business administration with a sales focus. - Several years of relevant work experience, preferably in food technology/cheese production, customs, customer-oriented approach, networking skills, proficiency in ERP systems and MS-Office, fluent in German and English. - Customer orientation, product enthusiasm, intercultural competence. - Team player, strong networking skills, high sense of responsibility, analytical and systematic working approach.
