Description The Export Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the export activities of our organization. This role involves developing export strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and building strong relationships with international clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in export management and a deep understanding of international markets. Responsibilities Develop and implement export strategies to maximize sales and market share in international markets. Manage and oversee the entire export process from documentation to shipping. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export laws. Build and maintain relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and logistics partners. Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and opportunities for growth. Prepare and present export reports and forecasts to senior management. Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure smooth operations. Skills and Qualifications 8-12 years of experience in export management or international sales. Strong knowledge of export regulations, compliance, and documentation processes. Proficient in international logistics and supply chain management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and preferably other languages. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans accordingly. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and partners. Proficiency in using export management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
