You will be working for BULK AGRO (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED, a renowned manufacturer and exporter of high-quality herbal seeds and oils, situated in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The company focuses on producing natural and sustainable products, with a specialization in exporting various herbal items such as Neem Seeds, Jatropha Seeds, Ashwagandha, and Neem Oil. As a Business Development Manager in this full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, your primary objective will be to enhance the company's presence in international markets. Your duties will revolve around formulating export strategies, pinpointing new business prospects, nurturing relationships with global clients, and propelling international sales growth. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing effective export and business development strategies, identifying and evaluating new international markets and partnership opportunities, managing and expanding the company's global client base while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, supervising export operations to ensure compliance with international trade regulations, collaborating with internal departments like production, logistics, and finance to support global business objectives, monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to shape strategy, and preparing business development reports and sales forecasts for senior management. To excel in this role, you should possess proven experience in export and international trade, ideally within the herbal/agro industry. Strong business planning and strategic thinking skills are essential, as well as a track record of success in international sales and client relationship management. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities are crucial, alongside the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field is required. Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in additional languages would be advantageous.,
