Export Logistics Manager

You are a highly skilled and experienced Export Logistics Manager responsible for overseeing and optimizing international shipping operations. Your main duties include ensuring compliance with global trade regulations, managing inventory effectively, and fostering strong relationships with logistics partners to enhance supply chain efficiency. You will be tasked with planning and managing efficient international shipping and logistics to guarantee timely and cost-effective deliveries. It is crucial to adhere to global trade regulations, customs laws, and international shipping policies. Additionally, you will oversee inventory management and warehouse coordination to enhance stock levels and distribution efficiency. Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners is essential. You must strive to optimize logistics costs while maintaining high service quality and operational efficiency. Tracking, analyzing, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance logistics performance is also part of your responsibilities. Your role also involves ensuring seamless customer service by promptly addressing and resolving any shipping, customs, or delivery-related issues. Collaboration with internal teams such as procurement, sales, and finance is necessary to streamline export processes. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices in logistics management will also be crucial. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of global trade regulations, customs documentation, and Incoterms. - Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to analyze data, optimize processes, and manage cost efficiencies. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in Logistics & Supply Chain (e.g., APICS, CILT, or similar). - Experience working in a multinational or export-driven company. - Knowledge of import/export compliance and freight forwarding operations.,
