Key Responsibilities

• Import-Export Operations

  : Oversee and manage end-to-end import-export operations.

• Documentation & Procedures

  : Possess in-depth knowledge of

  import procedures, documentation, and export procedures

  , ensuring all shipments comply with relevant regulations.

• DGFT Expertise

  : Demonstrate expertise in

  DGFT regulations

  , including the ability to handle fresh license applications, and manage the closures of

  EPCG (Export Promotion Capital Goods)

  and

  advance authorizations

  . A strong knowledge of

  FTP (Foreign Trade Policy)

  is essential.

• GST Understanding

  : Possess a basic understanding of

  GST principles

  as they apply to import-export activities.

• Inventory & Purchase Planning

  : Ability to analyze stocks and export orders for effective

  inventory planning

  and placing timely purchase orders.

• Import Clearance & Shipping

  : Good experience in

  import clearance

  processes and shipping materials, ensuring smooth and timely movement of goods.

• Continuous Learning

  : Demonstrate strong adaptability and a willingness to learn new concepts and stay updated in the field of international trade.
