Export Import - Business Development Manager

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Craft and execute winning export/import strategies to smash revenue targets.
• Dive deep into market research to uncover new opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
• Forge powerful relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
• Navigate the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation.
• Ensure impeccable compliance with international trade laws and food safety standards (FSSAI, EU, USFDA etc).
• Oversee seamless export/import operations, coordinating with logistics and customs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and report key performance insights to senior management.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing international sales team.

We're looking for someone with:

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, or International Trade.
• 3-5+ years of proven experience in international business development or export sales, ideally within the food or FMCG industry.
• Strong grasp of global markets, trade regulations, and logistics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
• A willingness and ability to travel internationally.
