Export Executive - Logistics

As an Export Executive in our company, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing export logistics operations. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential for the smooth functioning of international shipments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and coordinate end-to-end export logistics operations. - Prepare and verify export documentation including invoices, packing lists, BL, COO, etc. - Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, and other stakeholders involved in the export process. - Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of export consignments. - Monitor shipments closely and address any issues related to delays or discrepancies promptly. - Ensure compliance with export regulations and maintain documentation standards. - Maintain accurate records and files for all export activities. - Communicate effectively with international clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. **Key Requirements:** - Minimum 2 years of experience in export logistics or export documentation. - Bachelors degree in any discipline. - Strong knowledge of export procedures, INCOTERMS, shipping documents, and logistics. - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP tools. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
