Export Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling international trade operations, ensuring timely documentation, compliance with global regulations, coordination with logistics partners, and smooth order processing. The role demands strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills to support efficient export transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end export documentation including invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, shipping instructions, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and other logistics providers for smooth shipment execution.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods as per international client requirements.
• Maintain compliance with export laws, customs regulations, and international trade policies.
• Track and update shipment status, resolve logistics issues, and keep clients informed.
• Coordinate with internal departments like sales, and accounts for order planning and execution.
• Handle LCs (Letters of Credit), Bank Documentation, and other export payment-related tasks.
• Maintain and update export data, documentation logs, and MIS reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in Commerce / Business / International Trade or in any field
• 2–5 years of experience in export documentation and international logistics.
• Strong knowledge of shipping terms (Incoterms), custom clearance procedures, and export incentives.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google sheet.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Organized, punctual, and able to handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
