Export Executive

The Export Executive role involves managing international sales operations, coordinating shipments, handling export documentation, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. This position is crucial for expanding the company's global presence and fostering strong relationships with overseas clients and logistics partners. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing all export activities and documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. The Export Executive will collaborate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal logistics teams to ensure timely shipments. Compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and export policies is a key aspect of the role. Communication with overseas clients to manage orders, documentation, and post-shipment follow-ups is also essential. Additionally, the Export Executive will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate shipping records and reports, monitoring and tracking shipments for on-time delivery, and collaborating with production, warehouse, and finance teams for order fulfillment. The role also involves maintaining client databases, supporting the Export Manager with sales reporting, and conducting market research. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in export operations or international trade. Knowledge of export documentation, customs clearance, and Incoterms is required. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
