Export Documentation Senior Executive

About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Export Documentation Senior Executive to handle end-to-end export documents and coordination. You’ll work closely with mills, forwarders, banks and our internal teams to ensure timely, accurate docs—especially for LC shipments.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and verify export documentation: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Draft/Final BL coordination, Certificate of Origin, Insurance/other trade docs as required.
• Create document sets as per LC terms and submit to bank/consignee within timelines; ensure discrepancy-free packs most of the time.
• Coordinate for Shipping Bills/LEO, customs alignment, carrier/chamber submissions and buyer/forwarder follow-ups.
• Track LEO SB, BL, and post-shipment closures (eBRC/EPDMS); maintain audit-ready files.
• Maintain accurate MIS in MS Excel; share periodic status with the Export Documentation Manager.

What you’ll bring

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in export documentation.
• Familiarity with LC workings and the ability to prepare LC-based export documents with no/low discrepancies in most cases.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word (Tally/ERP not mandatory).
• Strong communication in English; Tamil/Hindi are advantages.
• Preference for candidates with Yarn/Textile export experience.

• Timely creation & submission of document packs.
• Mostly discrepancy-free LC documentation.
• On-time LEO/BL alignment and 100% eBRC/EPDMS closure within agreed timelines.
• Clean, audit-ready records and clear MIS.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
