Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage export documentation: This includes invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, shipping bills, and customs declarations. Ensure compliance with regulations: Stay up-to-date on and adhere to international trade regulations and customs requirements. Handle LCs and related banking documentation: Process letters of credit and related banking procedures. Cooperate with other departments: Work with sales, logistics, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely documentation. Monitor and track shipments: Follow the progress of shipments and provide updates to relevant parties. Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed records of all export transactions. Required Skills:Attention to detail: Accurate and thorough documentation is crucial. Knowledge of export regulations: Understanding of international trade laws and regulations. Communication skills: Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Organizational skills: Managing and tracking numerous documents and shipments.
