Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Export Documentation Executive to handle pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation activities for our export operations. The candidate should be familiar with export regulations, port procedures, and coordination with stakeholders including CHA, shipping lines, and buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process complete export documentation including: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Fumigation Certificate, Health Certificate, Certificate of Analysis, Weight Certificate.
• Coordinate with CHAs, freight forwarders, inspection agencies, shipping lines, and buyers.
• Submit documents through ICEGATE, DGFT portal, and e-SANCHIT.
• Handle documentation and liaise with banks.
• Track shipment schedules and update internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain proper filing of all export documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, International Business, or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in export documentation (preferably in agri/food exports).
• Good understanding of shipping, customs clearance, and export documentation practices.
• Familiarity with Chennai port procedures is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), Email, and online documentation portals.
• Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
