Job Title: Export Documentation Executive Location: Rajkot, Gujarat Industry: Ceramic & Tiles Manufacturing Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Export Documentation Executive to join our team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4+ years of experience in export documentation and related procedures. Key Responsibilities: Handle Pre & Post Shipment documentation Coordinate with banks, CHA, DGFT, and freight forwarders Maintain accurate export accounts Ensure compliance with all export-related legal and regulatory requirements Manage logistics and documentation flow to ensure timely shipments Communicate effectively with international clients and vendors in English Required Skills & Qualifications: 2 to 4+ years of relevant experience in export documentation Strong knowledge of Banking, DGFT, CHA, and Freight Forwarding Good command over spoken and written English Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Familiarity with the ceramic and tiles industry is a plus Job Details:Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Weekly Off: Sunday Team Size: 20+ staff Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹35,000+ (Based on experience) Stability Bond: 1 year mandatory Why Join Us?
