Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare, verify, and submit all export shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, LC docs).
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for booking and dispatch of consignments.
Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, RBI, and international trade regulations.
Prepare & submit export documents to banks for negotiation under LC / Collection.
Track shipments and update buyers with shipment status.
Manage export incentives (RoDTEP, MEIS) and ensure timely claim submissions.
Coordinate with internal sales, production, and logistics teams for dispatch planning.
Maintain MIS reports and update management on shipment/documentation timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

25 years of experience in Export Documentation / Logistics / International Business.
Strong knowledge of export procedures, LC documentation, and customs clearance.
Candidates from
Rubber, Chemicals, FMCG, Export House, or Manufacturing industries
preferred.
Good communication & coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and familiar with ERP systems.
