Job Description

As a Documentation Executive, your primary role will involve handling documentation and compliance tasks, booking and coordination activities, managing shipping documentation, and tracking shipments. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Check and file air and sea (FCL & LCL) shipping checklists - Complete ESANCHIT work - Register AD codes for sea and air shipments - Place bookings with shipping lines, NVOCC, airlines, and IATA agents - Coordinate with customers for shipping instructions and loading details - Submit shipping instructions to shipping lines and obtain BL drafts - Handle MBL draft as per agent requirements - Handle HBL draft as per customer requirements - Provide shipment status notifications to exporters, consignees, and insurers - Track shipments until container loading on the vessel - Follow up with shipping lines regarding BL issues and invoicing - Arrange for smooth BL release - Send pre-alerts to agents and customers regarding shipments In addition to the above responsibilities, the company offers benefits such as food provision, health insurance, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a yearly bonus provided. Please note that candidates with at least 2 years of prior work experience are encouraged to apply for this full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
