Role Overview


As an Experiential Events Account Manager, you will be the strategic lead for key client accounts—owning the journey from brief to delivery. From decoding client needs to designing impactful brand solutions and integrated marketing activations, you’ll craft and present winning ideas that elevate brands.


You will also drive seamless execution, ensure project profitability, and nurture long-term client partnerships. This role blends creativity with business leadership—demanding sharp problem-solving, financial acumen, and the ability to unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities while delivering standout experiences.



What You’ll Do

• Lead client accounts across the year as the primary brand guradian.

• Decode client briefs and conceptualise innovative experiential marketing & brand activation ideas.

• Create compelling, high-quality presentation decks and pitch confidently to clients.

• Drive business conversions and ensure flawless execution with cross-functional teams.

• Manage financials – ensure project profitability, timely invoicing, and payment closure.

• Continuously identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across accounts.

• Keep a sharp eye on industry trends to bring fresh experiential concepts to your clients.



What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of key account management experience in event management / experiential marketing agencies.

• Strong client servicing and account management skills.

• Proven ability to handle end-to-end project cycles – from brief to execution.

• Excellent communication, presentation & pitching skills.

• Creative mindset with the ability to think brand-first.

• Financial acumen to manage P&L on a project level.

• Passion for automobiles & live experiences is a big plus.
