Experienced Plumber (3–5 Years)

Job Summary:
A skilled and experienced plumber with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems. Proficient in installing, repairing, and maintaining piping systems, fixtures, and equipment. Able to interpret blueprints, comply with safety regulations, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and related fixtures and appliances.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Interpret and work from building plans, blueprints, and drawings.
• Install and test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
• Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergency repairs.
• Collaborate with contractors, electricians, and construction teams during building projects.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and functional condition.
• Keep accurate records of materials used, time spent, and services performed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of plumbing experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Proficient with plumbing tools, pipefitting techniques, and troubleshooting systems.
• Good understanding of local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong physical stamina and dexterity.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
