Experienced MERN Stack Developer (with MySQL & Flutter Knowledge)

We are looking for a passionate and skilled MERN Stack Developer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience to join our fast-growing IT startup. The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to take ownership, contribute to exciting projects, and grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React (Next), Node.js (Nest).
• Work with MySQL for database design, integration, and optimization.
• Support and contribute to Flutter mobile application development when required.
• Manage deployments and server operations on AWS and Microsoft Azure, including monitoring and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring best coding practices and smooth project execution.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in MERN Stack development.
• Strong working knowledge of MySQL.
• Exposure to Flutter (basic to intermediate level is a plus).
• Hands-on experience in managing and deploying applications on AWS and Azure.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, Git workflows, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
