Backed by one of the Top 5 freight brokerage firms in North America, you will receive unparalleled support, brand recognition, and earning potential. **Role Overview:** - You will be responsible for expanding your book of business with zero micromanagement and full flexibility. - Utilize your experience in freight sales and as a freight broker to build and maintain client relationships effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Minimum 1 year of experience in freight sales and 1 year as a freight broker or logistics coordinator within a 3PL environment. - Manage an active book of business with reliable and consistent shipping clients. - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the USACanada freight market, including FTL, LTL, Intermodal, and cross-border operations. - Be willing to work during the US Eastern Time shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST). - Drive your success through self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently. - Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills to develop and maintain client relationships effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 1 year of experience in freight sales and 1 year as a freight broker or logistics coordinator within a 3PL environment. - Proven track record of managing an active book of business with reliable and consistent shipping clients. - In-depth knowledge of the USACanada freight market, including FTL, LTL, Intermodal, and cross-border operations. - Willingness to work during the US Eastern Time shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST). - Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
