About the Role

Are you an experienced Draftsman with strong expertise in drafting for marine or structural engineering projects? Join our growing engineering team to work on challenging projects with real-world impact. We are currently hiring an Experienced Draftsman who can translate engineering concepts into clear, detailed CAD drawings, support technical documentation, and contribute to the development of marine and structural systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Concepts & Ideas created by the Naval Architects, Structural Engineers and develop them

into detailed CAD drawings to fulfil the requirements of the project.

• Prepare:

General Arrangement (GA) drawings

Structural and Ship drawings

Material Take-Offs (MTO)

As-Built drawings based on in-site measurements

• Interpret and refine engineering sketches and blueprints.

• Generate production-ready drawings of marine and structural components.

• Create and modify piping and HVAC layout drawings.

• Prepare nesting drawings for fabrication processes.

• Support drawing documentation control, including revision management, quality check.

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow from design to production.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Civil

• Experience: 1–3 years in technical drafting (preferably marine or structural projects)

• Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with other modeling tools such as Inventor, SolidWorks,

Shipcon and Rhino is a plus.

• Strong understanding of drafting standards and drawing practices

• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a reliable team player

• Good communication and collaboration skills
