Experienced Accounts Receivable Caller

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Accounts Receivable Caller, located in Mysore. The Accounts Receivable Caller will be responsible for contacting insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims, documenting and tracking the progress of each call, resolving issues related to denials and payments, verifying insurance details, and accurately updating patient accounts. Ensuring timely collections and maintaining accurate patient billing records will also be key responsibilities in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable calling and insurance follow-up
• Strong knowledge of medical billing and collections
• Proficiency in documenting and tracking account statuses
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred
