EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTANT

This is full time office job for an accountant at Vega Infrastructure Pvt Ltd in Kharghar Navi Mumbai Maharashtra.

The accountant will be responsible for day to day financial task such as maintaining records, preparing financial reports, processing invoices and managing payrolls. Attention to detail and a solid understanding of accounting principles are essential for this job.
Experience minimum 3 years in construction company is compulsory.

▪ Finalization of Balance sheet & Profit & Loss A/c

▪ Auditing books of accounts (Ledger & Voucher audit etc)

▪ Preparation & Filling of GST Returns, Income tax returns, PTRC Returns.

▪ Handling Income Tax, Service Tax, Sale Tax, MVAT Scrutiny Cases and other departmental work.

▪ Handling Accounts Payable/Receivable, Bank Payment (RTGS/NEFT), Ledger Scrutinize.

▪ Handling Debtors & Creditors in the areas of payment (Outstanding report, Payment Performance)

▪ Preparing Timely calculation for filling of GST, TDS, TCS & Income Tax.

▪ Complying statutory duties payments like GST, TDS, TCS, Advance Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, Self Assessment Tax, Income Tax.

▪ Scrutinizing the general ledgers, creditors ledges and debtors ledgers and to periodically reconciliation of various accounts.

▪ Able to maintain expense reconciliation and petty cash management.

▪ Handling Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS.

▪ Preparing Salary Statement, PF Account, Worker Salary, Daily wages for Worker

▪ Maintaining Daily Bank reconciliation statement

▪ Handling & Preparing ROC related work like MSME data for filing, data for DPT - 3 Filing & Directors KYC.

▪ Handling all work related to Office administrative day to day work.

▪ Preparing Bank Guarantees, Book Debt.

▪ Handling All Banking related work.

▪ Handling Executing Statutory & Internal Audit

▪ Preparing E Invoice, Eway bills, LUT and Export Invoice.

▪ Managing & Handling all work related Director’s.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
