Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an experienced Technical AI Co-founder and CTO (Equity Only). As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology strategy and execution. Your day-to-day tasks will involve leading the technical team, developing and implementing AI algorithms, managing technical projects, and ensuring the platform's scalability and security. This internship role requires collaboration with other co-founders and stakeholders to align technology direction with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in AI algorithms, Machine Learning,LLM,NLP
• Expertise in software development, programming languages (e.g., Python, Java), and technology stacks
• Full stack Development(MERN)
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in a startup environment or with equity-only roles is a plus
