Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for third-party vendors and outsourced teams handling export operations.
• Monitor timelines for order completion and coordinate shipment planning with the logistics team.
• Ensure effective communication between outsourced teams, internal departments, and stakeholders.
• Address vendor-related issues and escalate critical concerns to senior management.
• Maintain a proactive approach to minimize operational risks and prevent order fulfillment delays.
• Oversee order tracking from production to final shipment, ensuring timely document preparation and sharing with clients.
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics teams, and supply chain partners to prevent delays.
• Maintain and update order status reports, providing regular updates to management.
• Ensure adherence to export regulations, including proper documentation (invoices, packing lists, customs paperwork).
• Collaborate closely with the logistics team to coordinate freight, select carriers, and schedule shipments.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies related to shipments, delays, or customs clearances.
• Ensure proper document submission to regulatory authorities and clients to avoid shipment delays.
• Stay updated on changes in export laws, tariffs, and trade agreements affecting operations.
• Identify bottlenecks in export processes and suggest operational improvements.
• Prepare reports for senior management highlighting performance insights and recommendations.
• Communicate proactively with clients regarding shipment schedules, document requirements, and potential delays.
• Coordinate with internal departments (outsource team, logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Address customer queries related to export orders and provide timely resolutions.
