Job Description

Designation: Executive/Sr.Executive- Administration

Job Profile:

Assist HOD in implementing policies & procedures and improve operational flow when identified.
Ensuring timely deployment of housekeeping manpower as per requirement.
Handle day-to-day factory Admin. Operations and ensure daily building rounds for closing the observations identified.
Responsible for overall facility management and administrative aspects of factory.
Supervising and coordinating with Housekeeping staff including cleaning (maintaining 5 S), maintenance, administration work, canteen management etc. and maintain hygienic standards of cleanliness within all areas of the factory on a daily basis.
Responsible for timely removal and managing day-to-day scrap or E-Waste activity.
Responsible for timely co-ordination for transport / vehicle (Bus) for Staff.
Ensuring timely arrangement and allocation of assets to new joinee as per requirement with sign-off.
Ensuring timely co-ordinating with concerned team for repair and maintenance of all office equipment’s, fittings & fixtures, appliances etc.
Ensure to maintain assets record and daily movement of assets of their assigned building.
Support HOD / employees in Office events, meetings or other activities.
Ensuring good facilitation or hospitality during Guest / VIP visits as directed by Management from time to time.
Carry out any other general admin work as and when required by the company.
Preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly Admin MIS reports.
