Job Description

Job Title: Admin Executive ( IQAC Department)

Manage and update IQAC records, reports, meeting minutes, and official correspondence.
Coordinate communication with departments, centers, and external bodies (NAAC, NBA, ISO, etc.).
Facilitate data collection, validation, and consolidation across all units.
Ensure timely submission of reports, documentation, and audit evidence.
Upload, verify, and maintain departmental data and digital proofs on ERP or quality portals.
Provide technical support during internal and external audits.
Maintain data integrity, security, and regular cloud/digital backups.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and data management tools.
Develop automated dashboards, reports, and analytics using Excel, Canva, AI Tools, Power BI, Word or ERP tools.
Support digital transformation initiatives for quality monitoring and performance tracking.
Troubleshoot issues related to data submission, forms, or system integration.
Manage digital archives and ensure systematic version control of accreditation documents.
Demonstrate proficiency in online platforms.
Exhibit strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with accreditation, quality assurance frameworks, and digital documentation systems.
