Job Content

The Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations within the factory premises. This role ensures smooth functioning of facilities, compliance with company policies, and supports production teams by handling documentation, coordination, and resource management.

Role & responsibilities

Oversee factory administrative activities including office management, housekeeping, and security.
Recording cash expenses of Imprest amount and submit the bills to Accounts to get it topped up.
Recording In/Out of Couriers.
Canteen Billing & Coordinating with Caterer.
Guest House Management.
Stationery management Stock maintenance & Issue.
Housekeeping material Stock maintenance & Issue.
Manage vendor relationships for supplies, maintenance, and services.
Monitor and control factory expenses within approved budgets.
Managing Housekeeping manpower inside the campus through Housekeeping Supervisors.
Prepare and submit periodic reports to management on administrative performance.

Preferred candidate profile

5 - 10 years of experience in handling administration role in any large manufacturing organization.
Any Graduate from a recognised college/University. Must have a full-time degree
