Job Description

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source and attract candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, employee referrals, campus recruitment, etc.).
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and follow up on interview feedback, offer negotiations, and pre-employment documentation.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards regularly.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring or critical positions.
  • Develop job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers and ensure role clarity.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, career events, and social media engagement.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and MIS for review by senior management.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
