Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
  • Source candidates through job portals, professional platforms, referrals, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on qualifications and job fit.
  • Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely communication between all parties.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activity.
  • Assist in organizing hiring campaigns, internal movements, and referral programs.
  • Support offer process and coordinate with HR operations for documentation and onboarding.
  • Ensure adherence to internal recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Share regular updates and recruitment reports with the HR leadership team.
