II. General Purpose & Requirement

• B. Tech/Diploma, work experience 5-10 years
• Overall functioning of Operation and Maintenance activities at project site.
• Basic Knowledge of various equipment (SCADA, Circuit breaker (SF6, VCB, ACB), Relay, HT panel and LT panel) & Devices installed in Solar Plant.
• Trouble shooting of all electrical and electronic equipment like LT, HT panels, Inverters, Transformers, and switch yard equipment.
• Hands - On experience in HV (33KV and above) systems
• Capable of handling transformer rated above 5MVA and possessing a strong knowledge of testing and maintenance.
• Monitoring plant performance & checks for equipment healthiness
• Plan & schedule preventive & corrective maintenance of all equipment.
• Breakdown impact analysis: - RCA, CAPA and risk mitigation matrix
• Prepare & submit the management reports & other documents: Daily & monthly generation reports, CEIG reports and JMR.
• Team Management and Vendor management for O & M activities.
• Coordinate with GSS, Discom and Transco team for LC and other billing process.
• To keep and maintaining the records of spare part, tool, consumables, and other material inventory at site
• To carry out CSR activities & to maintain good relations at site.
• Safety at workplace and to follow PPEs, knowledge of plant up & shut down procedures and LOTO implementations.
• Proficiency In MS-Office

III. Action Assignment

• The appointed person shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance activities of various solar plants installed across India. They shall occasionally travel out of station to attend breakdown calls.
• The candidate shall be directly involved with clients to address their complaints and ensure they are resolved within the specified timelines.
• The candidate shall be responsible for ensuring safety compliance for personnel working on-site and for supervising the O&M activities.
• The candidate shall be responsible for monthly meter readings, financial follow-ups with clients, and insurance claims.
• Daily generation log maintenance and reporting to the Head Office and clients will be part of the responsibilities.
• Breakdown impact analysis, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and risk mitigation matrix development, will also be required.
• The candidate may need to travel to various sites when required.
• The candidate can be relocated from their base location when necessary.
• Maintenance of LT/HT panels and 400V/11kV/33kV/132KV power distribution lines will be part of the duties.
