Key Roles & Responsibilities

1) Land Identification & Due Diligence

a) Assist in identifying potential land parcels suitable for solar projects based on criteria like location, accessibility, and infrastructure.

b) Help in conducting preliminary due diligence on landowners, land titles, and legal clearances.

2) Legal & Documentation Support

a) Assist in preparing and organizing documents for land acquisition processes, such as agreements, contracts, and legal documents.

b) Support the team in ensuring all paperwork complies with local laws and regulations.

3) Landowner Communication & Negotiation Assistance

a) Help in communicating with landowners, local agents, and external stakeholders regarding land acquisition terms.

b) Assist in organizing meetings and preparing necessary materials for negotiations and agreements.

4Data Collection & Analysis

a) Support in coordinating site visits for land assessments.

b) Gather data on site conditions, including land topography, proximity to grid, and environmental factors.
