Job Description

Purchase Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to

understand material/service needs and ensure timely processing of PRs, RFQs,

and POs in line with company approval matrices.

Vendor Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors; maintain

performance records and ensure compliance with documentation and quality

standards.

RFQ & Negotiation: Float RFQs, analyze quotations, and negotiate pricing,

delivery, and payment terms to achieve cost efficiency without compromising

quality.

PO & Delivery Management: Raise and track POs, coordinate with

vendors/logistics for timely delivery, and ensure proper documentation (GRN,

inspection reports, etc.).

Inventory & Cost Control: Work with stores and finance teams to maintain

optimal stock levels, analyze procurement costs, and support budgeting and

cost-saving initiatives.

Contracts & Compliance: Prepare and manage service/AMC contracts, ensure

legal and policy compliance, and support audit and documentation requirements.

Reporting & Process Improvement: Generate MIS reports on procurement

performance, supplier metrics, and savings; drive continuous process

improvement and digital procurement initiatives.
