As a Digital Marketing Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and driving digital marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include: - Tracking conversion rates and continuously improving the website to enhance user experience. - Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase brand awareness. - Utilizing techniques such as paid search, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing effectively. - Managing online brand and product campaigns to elevate brand visibility. - Overseeing the redesign of our company website to optimize usability, design, content, and conversion rates. - Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to drive strategic decisions. - Demonstrating proven experience in traffic generation and monetization strategies. Qualifications required for this role: - Engineer with an MBA, having a similar profile in another company is mandatory. - 2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing. - Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. - Experience in ecommerce, SEO, email marketing, and social media is an added advantage. - Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role. - Proficiency in website reporting analytics tools like Google Analytics. - Good knowledge of SEO keyword research and analysis. - Ability to analyze reports, derive insights, and make data-driven recommendations. - Knowledge of site architecture and site mapping. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong analytical and presentation skills.
