Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Communicating with Projects to confirm product delivery, installation & quality check.
Develop new suppliers at geographical level as a part of new project requirements and maintaining vendor records & vendor selection
Cost reduction initiatives, localization of import items.
Co-ordinate with Accounts Dept for Purchase related payments and others of any
Coordinate with site team for delivery schedule requirements on site. Follows up on orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on promised Dates.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

5-8 years of experience in Procurement

Exposure to commodity of Machining Components, Sheet Metal Parts, Fabricator Materials etc.
