Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand manpower requirements and create recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, shortlisting, interview coordination, feedback collection, and closure.
  • Issue offer letters, ensure candidate acceptance, and coordinate onboarding formalities.
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline, especially for critical and niche roles.
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to aid workforce planning.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
  • Enhance the candidate experience while promoting Medhavi Skills University's employer brand.
