Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with expertise in GCC Hiring. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the GCC talent landscape, especially in the technology and consulting domains, and be capable of managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for GCC/captive hiring roles.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define candidate profiles.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates across platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide timely updates and manage expectations.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports, dashboards, and systems.
  • Stay updated with market trends in the GCC space, particularly in the tech and professional services sectors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 - 9 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on

    GCC or captive hiring

    .
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and ATS systems.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple hiring mandates.
  • Knowledge of market intelligence, competitor mapping, and sourcing strategies.
  • Experience working in a matrix or large global organization is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience working with Big 4 or large consulting/professional services firms is an advantage.

  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods or max 15 days are preferred.
