Additionally, you will screen candidates" resumes and job applications, conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods, and assess applicants" knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. It is essential to monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices and provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. Building influential candidate relationships during the selection process will also be a crucial aspect of your role.
