Job Description

As an Executive at the Human Resources department in Noida, your role involves designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy. You will be responsible for developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications, as well as performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. Sourcing and recruiting candidates through databases and social media platforms will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will screen candidates" resumes and job applications, conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods, and assess applicants" knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. It is essential to monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices and provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. Building influential candidate relationships during the selection process will also be a crucial aspect of your role.
