Executive - Warehouse Operations

As an Operations Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse functions including Inward, Sorting, Picking, Outbound, and Inventory. Your primary duties will include: - Unloading all vehicles on time and acknowledging receipt via email. - Planning required manpower based on volume fluctuations. - Independently handling a team of 150+ staff members with a focus on teamwork. - Ensuring loss control at the site and analyzing operational miss reports and productivity. - Maintaining good hygiene standards within the warehouse. - Providing timely responses to customer queries and ensuring their satisfaction. - Prioritizing the safety of employees and premises without compromise. - Promptly escalating non-compliance issues to management. - Responding to any discrepancies in shipments via email. - Developing strategies to improve site productivity, including layout-wise manpower planning. - Managing regional Profit & Loss to ensure zero debits from customers and to sustain margins. - Ensuring that Profit & Loss remains within budget. - Managing customer relationships by providing timely support, resolving queries, and handling escalations proactively to reduce complaints in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager.
