Executive - Volunteering

FIA strengthens Rajasthan’s public education system by embedding future-readiness in government schools. We value learnability, adaptability, and building together with communities, teachers, and students.

This role builds and manages FIA’s volunteer wing while supporting program operations. Based in Churu, with travel across districts, the Executive creates structured volunteer experiences, ensures alignment with program teams, and amplifies impact on the ground.

• Build and manage the volunteer ecosystem to complement program operations.

• Lead volunteer recruitment, onboarding and mentorship.

• Design learning-oriented opportunities for volunteers to contribute meaningfully.

• Coordinate between volunteers and program teams to ensure smooth operations.

• A people-person who can inspire and coordinate diverse groups.

• Experience in youth engagement, campaigns, or volunteer initiatives.

• Ability to balance operational skills with relationship-building.

• Excitement to build systems that enable effective volunteer contribution.

• Comfort with using data and feedback for continuous improvement.
