Associate-Monitoring and Evaluation

plays a crucial role in tracking program quality, analyzing data, and helping the team learn from evidence. This role bridges field practice with analytical insights to strengthen decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support data collection, validation, and analysis from schools and field visits- Use digital tools and dashboards to track progress and identify trends- Document case studies, field stories, and reflective insights- Coordinate with the operations and program teams to integrate feedback loops- Assist in designing and refining monitoring frameworks and surveys
