Executive Vice President, APAC Marketing

Role Overview
The Executive Vice President, APAC Marketing will serve as the strategic leader for all marketing initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. This executive will define and execute high-impact strategies that elevate brand equity, accelerate regional growth, and align with the company’s global vision.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
• Develop and implement a comprehensive APAC marketing strategy aligned with global objectives and regional market dynamics
• Champion customer-centric innovation through deep market insights and analytics
• Drive localization strategies to ensure authentic engagement across diverse cultural landscapes
Functional Oversight
• Lead cross-functional teams across brand strategy, digital marketing, product marketing, market research, and corporate communications
• Strengthen the company’s regional reputation in sustainability, renewable energy, and community engagement
• Oversee regional marketing budgets, KPIs, and executive-level reporting
Stakeholder Engagement
• Cultivate relationships with key external stakeholders, including media, government entities, and strategic partners
• Collaborate with APAC sales, operations, and government affairs teams to deliver integrated initiatives
• Represent APAC on the global marketing leadership team, influencing enterprise-wide strategy and innovation
Leadership & Collaboration
• Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals across multiple markets
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration across regional and global teams
Requirements
• 15+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or technology sectors
• Proven success in leading regional marketing strategies and managing large, multicultural teams across APAC
• Deep understanding of regional cultural, regulatory, and business environments
• Expertise in brand management, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement
• Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and strategic acumen
