Executive- Vendor Development & NPD

As a Sr. Executive- Vendor Development & NPD at Capital Bolts & Hardwares in Ludhiana, your role involves developing and managing vendor relationships, identifying potential vendors, and conducting vendor assessments. You will negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by collaborating with vendors. Additionally, you will oversee new product development (NPD), coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure new products meet market demands and quality standards.
