Executive-Testing

As an Executive-Testing in the Softline department located in Noida, your main responsibility will be to conduct testing according to the established protocols. You will report to the Manager and backup the CPS division. Your key function will be to ensure that testing is carried out as per the protocol and any additional responsibilities assigned by your immediate superior. To excel in this role, you should possess core skills such as strong interpersonal communication, self-motivation, and effective time management. Other essential skills include being independent, willingness to assist colleagues, integrity, a drive for continuous improvement, and technical knowledge. The ideal candidate should have a BSc or above with a major in B.Tech Textile or a Diploma in Textiles. Additionally, you should be able to comprehend documents like procedure manuals in English, have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in using computer applications related to the field. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to effectively carry out testing procedures, collaborate with colleagues, and continuously improve the quality of your work.,
