Job Description: As an Executive-Testing in the CPS division of Softline - Color Lab department located in Noida, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and compile testing reports. You will be required to conduct testing as per protocol, specifically focusing on Colorfastness testing. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating reports in Word or TPD format, and communicating with the Manager and technical team regarding test results and report generation. Any other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor must also be carried out efficiently. In this role, it is crucial to possess core skills such as strong interpersonal communication, self-motivation, and effective time management. You should also demonstrate independence, willingness to assist colleagues, integrity, commitment to continuous improvement, and technical knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a BSc. degree or higher with a major in B.Tech Textile, Diploma in Textiles, or a relevant Graduate degree. Proficiency in reading documents in English, a minimum of 2 to 3 years of related experience, and familiarity with computer applications and relevant software are essential qualifications for this position.,
