Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive to join our team in Terminal Operations at DP World, responsible for managing rail and inland terminals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and terminal operations, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This position is based in Pali.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily terminal operations, ensuring efficient movement of goods.
Coordinate with rail and shipping lines for smooth execution of cargo movements.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in terminal operations, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including rail and road transport.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with quality control procedures and process optimization techniques.
