Job Description

Key Accountabilities

Search and identify relevant tenders through external service providers
Maintain a tender record sheet for tracking status and timelines.
Share basic tender documents and timelines to respective concerned person
Making tender summaries by highlighting key issues or constraints for hospital engagement.
Coordinate online/offline bid submissions
Prepare annexures as per required formats and align documents with proper pagination.
Collaborate with various departments to gather inputs and ensure alignment with tender requirement.

Key Measures

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of tendering processes and compliance requirements.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Familiarity with digital signature processes and online bidding platforms.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Organized and process-oriented approach

Eligibility criteria

Graduate in Business Administration/Commerce/Management or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Tender Management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and tender documentation tools is essential.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work under strict timelines for bid submissions.
