The Call Centre Executive is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving inquiries or issues efficiently.They serve as the primary point of contact for customers, representing the organization and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Call Centre Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction, meeting service level, and contributing to the overall success of the call center operations.Work Location : Airport Rd, Coimbatore- We are looking for female candidate who have excellent Hindi communication.Responsibilities :1. Customer Relationship ManagementRequirements :- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English, Tamil language(s) required for customer interactions.
