Job Description

Regular farm visits and implementation of standard operating procedures at the farm level
Handling new farm enquiries and reporting to the Branch Manager
Coordinating with farmers for farm preparation, chick arrival, vaccination, medication, and monitoring
Achieving flock performance targets at the farm level
Communicating farm agreements, circulars, and policies to farms and coordinating with related departments
Issuing materials, chemicals, and medicines to farmers
Maintaining farm records and updating them on a daily basis
Maintaining bird stock records and managing dead bird disposal
Achieving targets at the farm level
