Role Overview We are looking for a Tech Lead who combines strong backend expertise with end-to-end project ownership and leadership skills. You’ll play a key role in architecting systems, leading the development team, managing sprints, ensuring quality delivery, and aligning the technical vision with business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of Mintrix’s AI-driven platform. Architect and build scalable backend systems using Python (FastAPI, Django, etc.). Oversee end-to-end product development — from planning, design, backend logic, to integration with frontend and AI systems. Manage agile sprints , define tasks, set timelines, and ensure project milestones are delivered on schedule. Collaborate closely with frontend developers, designers, and AI engineers to align technology with product vision.
