Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive - Taxation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in taxation.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the company's tax operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax savings.
Conduct thorough research and analysis on tax issues, providing expert advice to management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of tax considerations into business operations.
Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the organization remains compliant and ahead of potential risks.
Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality results.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of taxation principles, practices, and procedures, including direct and indirect taxes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lead and manage a team, focusing on developing and retaining top talent.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience working with financial software and systems, including accounting and tax preparation tools.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification such as CPA or CA is preferred.
